How to use this site

More than anything we want this site to help take some of the confusion out of planning your family vacation. Family travel is particularly challenging because each age group has a different idea of the "perfect vacation". If you have a question that we haven't answered or find something confusing or difficult to find on our site, please let us know.

You can search for information in 2 categories - Where to Go and What to Do.

If you know what you would like to do on your vacation, search by activity under the What to Do heading. On each activity's page you will find:
Introduction - Activities that you do at home might be a little different when done on vacation and everything is done a little differently when several age groups are involved. In this section we will tell you what to expect when you do them with your family. We will also let you know what age groups the activity is appropriate for.
Countries - Some activities are only available in certain parts of the world. If you have your heart set on something in particular, check here to narrow down the list of possible destinations.

If you know where you want to go, but aren't sure what there is to do there click on one of the areas listed under Where to Go. On the page for each part of the world you will find:
General information - entrance requirements, currency, climate, languages etc.
Highlights - Every part of the world has something unique and wonderful to offer. We will give you a brief description of them in this section of the website.
News - This is where you will find information about special events, new tour ideas and anything else in the news.

If you haven't begun to decide where you want to go or what you want to do, browse the site, take some notes and give us a call. We will help narrow down the options.

There are a lot of details that need to be considered when designing a family vacation. From activity levels to food options, we want to make sure there is something to please everyone in your family. In order to do that we need to get know your family and match you up with the right tour operator, find the right activities and accommodations, and monitor your bookings throughout the process to make sure everything runs smoothly. To get started we ask that you fill out our booking form as completely as possible. The more we know, the better matched your trip will be. We will contact you with some ideas and work with you to find just the right package.
